Onboarding

Getting started with Sensoterra is simple, and we’re always here to help you scale up your projects with project and technical support. Here’s what you get as a standard:

  • Assigned team member to manage onboarding
  • The project is linked to the sensors in the pilot, as well as any other sensors already owned by the customer
  • We help get your sensors connected to the relevant LoRaWAN Network
  • Project data is securely stored in the Sensoterra Cloud servers
  • Support with selecting the correct soil type, determining the calibration thresholds, based on known soil information, and support to determine the correct soil types if unknown.
  • Soil moisture data is verified with the customer
  • The project monitoring setup (sensor placement) is evaluated with the customer based on factors such as plant/crop type, soil type, irrigation type or zone.
  • The project is facilitated with 24/7 API availability
